Job Title: Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager you will be in charge of developing business solutions, creating effective business plans to generate more revenue, increase brand loyalty, and improve customer satisfaction.
You will have a direct report to the Chief Executive Officer and provide supervision to the business development team. Reiterate
What you’ll do
Proactively identify opportunities to promote Nimed’s products and capabilities to clients based on their specific needs.
Develop investment pipeline for Nimed Capital funds through the identification of potential investees, marketing of Nimed Capital investment products and cultivation of relationships.
Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
Present new products and services to improve existing relationships
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
Ensure well planned and organized visits as well as excellent customer care for clients and ensure good return on investment
Required Skills or Experience
Who we’re looking for
4 years’ experience in product management and development, sales support, product support, investor relations, investor services, or a similar role in financial services
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar qualification
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven ability to negotiate
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
