Drive and deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross-selling of Specific Retail Products & Services.
Job Title: Lead Generator
Own and manage personal product & channel sales targets to contribute towards own sales objectives.
Identify when & where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist sales help or advice.
Identify cross –sell opportunities when making customer contact so as to maximize the customer value from each interaction.
Deliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to Barclays Service standards.
Own customer queries and complaints by forwarding all complaints received to the appropriate branch for action.
Achieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure 100% compliance.
Minimise potential for fraudulent applications by following each product criteria.
Ensuring that impairment is well below the recommended standard given by the bank from time to time.
Ensure compliance with operations risk & rigour requirements e.g. Health & Safety standards and security of premises.
Build effective relationships with team members and retail support staff as well as key support functions.
Share knowledge experience and best practice with other team members.
Provide honest, direct and constructive feedback to others.
