Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager
Role Description
• Responsible for all administrative and sales staff specific to manager’s allocated branch and their success as a team in terms of exceeding sales targets
• Responsible for driving the sales force recruitment, training and retention there of and for the success of the sales targets that will be set
• Where applicable, responsible for the implementation of regular “refresher training” on an ongoing basis to ensure sales personnel are constantly up t dare with any changes in policies
• Responsible for the full day to day operations of branch teller
• Responsible for ensuring that all files are activated within 24 hours after disbursement
• Responsible for assisting the Area Manager in terms of developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies
• Where applicable, the Branch Manager is responsible for achieving both the Sales personnel and “walk-in” component of the branch target set
• Responsible for all personnel in the Branch ensuring their well-being and ensuring their compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for assisting the Area Manager i terms of developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies
• Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls at he application stage
• Responsible for the execution of the company’s policy at the application stage
• Responsible for ensuring the Branch is always kept clean and tidy
• Responsible for handling customer services and any other after sales services which may be applicable
• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well a safe custody of all company property
• Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers
Qualification Required & Experience
• Higher National Diploma
• A Bachelors’ Degree is recommended (majoring in Sales or Marketing is an advantage)
• Branch management experience at bank or micro-lender essential
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and e-mail (Credit Ease experience is an advantage)

Job Title: Loan Administrator
Role Description
• Responsible for the verifying of data in accordance with the loan application process
• Responsible for the capturing and processing of loan applications
• Responsible for the verifying of documents according to Credit Policy Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls
• Where applicable, the loan administrator will be responsible for the processing of all “walk in” and assisting the Branch Manager in generating business for the branch
• Responsible for ensuring the Companies Credit policy has been adhered to, prior to disbursement
• Responsible for handling customer services and any other after sales services which may be applicable
• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
• Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers
Qualification Required & Experience

• Senior High Certificate

Role Description
• Ensuring that the offices and surroundings are clean and hygienic at all times
• Ensure that all washrooms are adequately supplied at all times
• Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
• Occasionally help with minor administrative duties
• Responsible for any reporting to head of operations, branch manager, area manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers

Job Description
Job Title: Cashier
Role Description
• Responsible for the verifying of data in accordance with the loan application process
• Responsible for the verifying of all loan documents to ensure loan quality controls are adhered to
• Responsible for the disbursing of cash on approved loans
• Responsible for ensuring that approved refunds are disbursed accurately from the teller
• Responsible for ensuring the Companies Credit policy has been adhered to, prior to disbursement
• Responsible for handling customer services and any other sales services which may be applicable
• Accountable for the daily cash float placed in your custody and for the topping up of the teller float as required and instructed by management
• Responsible for the daily balancing of your cash float and reporting of any differences to the Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers
• Responsible for any other duties as may be required by your relevant managers
Qualification Required & Experience
• Higher National Diploma
• Additional tertiary education would be an advantage
