Supply Chain Management Positions
Our supply chain organization is responsible for obtaining raw materials and components, transforming them into products and services, and moving them from our suppliers to our customers. We currently operate more than 45 manufacturing and supply chain facilities with multinational teams offering products and services to our customers in more than 80 countries. Join us, and you’ll learn from a comprehensive three-year rotational training program, while playing an important role in supporting the needs of the organization.

We’re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable. You’ll also need to show creative problem-solving and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Depending on the geographic area in which you live, there may be specific employment requirements according to your location, which will be explained during the application process.
Role
You’ll be involved in tasks ranging from purchasing and strategic sourcing to materials analysis and global logistics. The structured three-year Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) includes formal training and on-the-job experience that prepares you for a leadership position.
Learning and development
If you join the supply chain training program, you’ll complete six assignments over three years within three tracts: strategic sourcing, production management, and logistics management. Regular assessments ensure you have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to move to the next step, each of which is designed to be completed in 12 months.
You’ll take on specific roles—initially in Finance, or as a buyer—where you’ll develop expertise by performing each role and receiving constructive feedback from your mentor. You’ll also learn from instructor-led courses, structured on-job training, and e-learning modules. Further developmental roles will follow, which will vary according to your interests and our business needs. These could include logistics, quality, global sourcing, human resources, or health, safety, and environment.
Prospects
Once you have completed your training program, you’ll begin a minimum two-year assignment, taking on responsibility within the supply chain organization. Potential career opportunities include, but are not limited to, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, global logistics, project management, strategic sourcing, materials management, purchasing, coordination, trade compliance, plant management, and operations management.
Reliability engineering
We also offer a graduate training program in reliability engineering, a subset of supply chain management.

We’re committed to reliability and quality in everything we do. When you join this three-year rotational program, you’ll undertake a variety of engineering roles, ranging from reliability and environmental testing to product diagnostics and staff audits.
Learning and development
The three-year rotational program within our Reliability, Quality, and Product Service organization requires the completion of six, six-month assignments in a variety of reliability and quality engineering roles.

Prospects
After completing three years of rotational assignments, you’ll begin a minimum two-year assignment within the organization. Long term, you could find yourself building a career in a field such as quality assurance, performance contracts engineering, operations and field engineering, manufacturing/supply chain, or new product development.
