Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support AMS Migration process
• Monitors systems availability and performance to ensure maximum uptime.
• Investigates causes of deviations.
• Reports on any deviations to management.
• Perform IT Service Desk function.
• Runs and monitors day-end batch jobs.
• Deployment/Implementation of system enhancements

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

• Minimum of Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related feild from an accredited tertiary institution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Highly organized and structured, able to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
• Results-oriented.
