Job Title: Stores Officer

Job Functions

Under the direction of the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will:

•   Supervise a Store of finished goods and Raw Materials
•   Supervise all activities in the stores
•   Organise and supervise the loading and off-loading of inventory
•   Prepare store receipt voucher and store issue
•   Voucher and updating of inventory records
•   Prepare periodic inventory reports
•   Any other duty that be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics
•   A minimum of 3 years working experience in Materials Management and/or Inventory Management. The successful candidate must have high analytical skills with computer literacy in MS Office and Inventory Management software.
