We are looking for an experience revenue assurance professional, who is very confident and assertive to join our Risk and Business Control team as Roaming Assurance Analyst in the Finance Department. (S)He will report to the Head, Revenue Assurance and will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all roaming controls. The Roaming Assurance Analyst will also provide business with assurance services on revenues and prevent leakages around post-paid, roaming and Interconnect Business.

Job Title: Roaming Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Controls around roaming are fully designed, implemented, executed and formalized
• Ensure Roaming and post-paid alarms are followed up and properly closed;
• Issues identified from control execution are to be investigated and closed on a timely manner;
• Design a roaming risk dashboard to report on leakages and corresponding financial impact;
• Perform periodic end to end review on roaming to ensure that all controls have been fully implemented and complimentary controls are in place to plug out leakages;
• Ensure Standard Templates for roaming controls have been fully implemented;
• Identify manual activities in the roaming process and put in place an automation plan;
• Ensure billing controls around roaming framework are fully implemented;
• Improve roaming controls to a managed level according to the Company’s ICM Maturity framework;
• Carry out risk analysis on products to ensure control impact has been factored;
• Prepare billing test scenarios to be factored in the product testing and periodic testing of products.

 

Required Qualification and Experience

• A University Degree in any field with emphasis on Computer Science, Finance or related disciplines; Possession of an MBA is a plus;
• Professional Certification e.g. GRAPA, will be an added advantage
• A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant working experience;
• Knowledge in Database applications (SQL, Oracle)
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of risk management, Revenue Assurance, control and auditing methodologies
