Administrative Assistants, Transcribers, Copywriters, Data Entry Positions

Job Role:

Administrative Transcriber, Copywriter and Data Entry Positions for General, Corporate, Legal and Medical transcriptions, reports and data.

You will be assessed, tested and then trained on an individual basis to check and ensure that you have the necessary skills to join our team and that our high standards are matched.

This is a highly detailed work with strict deadlines and we are looking for individuals committed to perfection and have great attention to detail

Job Description:  

Transcribing recordings, dictations and videos of interviews, conferences, focus groups, quarterly earnings releases, financial press releases, court statements, depositions,

Job Requirements: 

The ideal candidates must have the following:

  • Excellent understanding of the English language, both spoken and written and have at least a grade B in English WASSCE or SSSCE
  • Type accurately and swiftly at 65WPM
  • A personal laptop is desirable but not essential
  • Advance user of MS Office 2003 or later version (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Quick, efficient and with a very high level degree of accuracy
  • Excellent grammar and punctuation skills
  • Good listening skills and is aware of current world political, social and cultural events
  • Proofreading and formatting skills are essential

Turnaround time is extremely important in this business. Therefore you must be able to meet strict deadlines


You must be technologically intelligent with the use of most equipment

You must have a high level knowledge of using the Internet for researching names and spellings of brands, products, companies, shows etc.

Relevant work experience with verifiable references is required


A minimum qualification of High School Diploma with at least a grade B in English language.

HND or Degree holders will have an advantage

Remuneration: Very competitive rates of pay (Hourly)
