Experts for the under-mentioned positions are required to support the implementation of a local government revenue enhancement project.

Job Title: Junior IT / Change Management Expert

Roles and Responsibilities

• To provide technical direction for the MMDA’s in the project
• To ensure quality standards are adhered to in all aspects of delivery
• To support the Project Coordinator in the coordination of the project
• Provide direct on-the-job assistance and advisory services to the MMDA’s with regard to IT software and change management
• To install the software in the MMDA’s
• To train the staff of the MMDA’s in using the software
• To plan and organize field visits and training
• To assist in writing progress reports and preparation of documents
• Conduct any other task deemed necessary by the Project Coordinator

Qualifications Required & Experience

• University degree in information technology (IT) management
• Fluency in local languages and English
• Proven experience with IT equipment, use of software
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in change management/citizen
• Experience in documenting and recording
• Good writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively with less supervision
