• Establish and manage relationships with Oracle named key partners and ensure maximizing revenue, profitability.
• Manage and execute jointly with partners management a robust dynamic Application business plans which should include sales / development / resourcing / specialization targets
• Grow partner’s mind share with Oracle. Ensure proper penetration of more markets / industries
• Increase loyalty, activation and product adoption of partners
• Grow Oracle’s partner network by incubating / help creating new partners in high potential markets
• Work as a trusted advisor to partner management and as a point of liaison between Oracle sales and partners
• Drive Partners to adopt Oracle Applications Solutions
• Work proactively with Oracle Sales team and ensure brining add value to their sales targets
• Develop partner Sales / Presales competency and self sufficiency through training and education
• Drive partners to execute demand generation activities
• Manage disputes / conflict between partners and Oracle sales.
• Achieve Indirect Sales Revenue Target and assigned Objectives
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracle’s applications products and the ability to position such solutions to partners



• 8-10 years experience in the IT industry or vertical market
• 5 + years experience in Channels / Alliances / Partner Management
• Strong communication skills
• Creative thinking / innovation
• Leading change / strategic thinking
• Ability to handle conflict / political situations
• Excellent organizational / planning skills
• High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Ability to understand market needs, customer’s industry and core business processes
• Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
• Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to Travel



• Sales Skills: ability to manage pipelines, plan and achieve sales targets
• Management skills: Ability to manage big teams of partners and sales and ensure setting smart objectives / plans for them
• Communication / facilitation / mediation skills: Strong communication, ability to influence oracle and partner resources at all levels to achieve targets, ability to facilitate partner sales growth and play as a mediator between partners and Oracle internal teams
• Leadership skills – ability to develop compelling vision and to command attention and commitment from Oracle teams, customers and partners
• Presentation and messaging skills: ability to build executive presentations and effectively present them in front of internal and external audiences
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills: ability to collaborate with all stakeholders in an open, respectful manner in order to keep them motivated, engaged and committed
