Job Title: Engineer- Technical Services
This role is responsible for supporting customer Technical Services requirements including a strong emphasis on Product Stewardship, delivery of measurable value to customers and sustainable revenue to Orica.

Desired Skills and Experience
Will have good blasting knowledge and a well-developed understanding of mining processes and key drivers.
Able to carry out complex blast designs and troubleshoot customer concerns.
Able to risk assess different blasting approaches.
Competent in pre and post blast measurement and assessment techniques in the relevant market segment.
Adept at using Orica software tools.
Education / Experience:
Logical progression from Blasting Engineer
Same qualifications as the Blasting Engineer but would have had 1-3 years’ experience within Orica or similar, in either drill and blast execution, or management and be competent with general D&B design systems and processes on customer mine sites.
Will have delivered 5 technical case studies and/or technical papers demonstrating an innovative approach to solving customer problems and creating measureable value.
