Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/ Secretary

Required Skills or Experience

Applicant must ensure she has at least one(1) year working experience in any establishment of reputable standing. Applicant must meet the following requirements:

She must be very fluent in speaking, writing and reading English;

She must be fluent in speaking twi;

She must be very smart, orderly, intelligent, meticulous, diligent & hardworking;

She must have very neat/legible handwriting;

She must be a good planner;

She must possess very good communication skills & interpersonal relationship skills; hence,

exceptionally good at persuading clients and business associate on behalf of her company;

She must be conversant with office practice, book keeping and typing;

She must be familiar with managing social media accounts such as Facebook, twitter & Instagram.

She must be familiar with how and where to get information for the advancement of the company;
