Customer support is considered as one of the main data channels for customer satisfaction research and a way to increase customer retention.
In more and more companies, especially in the technology field, the responsibility for customer support is placed within the Customer Success team, especially if the Customer Success team has a C-level executive leading it

The Customer Support Personnel is responsible for interfacing with the company’s customers to provide them with the required information to address their inquiries regarding the company’s products and services.

Requirements

  • The applicant must have at least a degree
  • Should not be less than 25 years
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
