Job Title: Retail Branch Manager.

JOB SUMMARY

The Pharmacy Branch Manager is responsible for driving the team to deliver a service that exceeds customer expectations whilst augmenting the profit of the business and providing customers with the best shopping experience and keeping employees engaged.

The Pharmacy Branch Manager will be working closely with the Pharmacist, Pharmacy Supervisors and the Medicine Counter Assistants (MCAs).

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1st degree in Sales and Marketing or its equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail store management.
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Good IT skill
