Job Title: Call Center Coordinator
Currently, we have the opportunity for a dynamic Call Centre Coordinator to join our West Africa team in Accra.
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide very hands-on operational support to our Customer Care Centre. You will be responsible of handling registrations of calls and orders and interfacing with the Call Centre Admin Officer and Customers. You will as well handle the Parts Clearance and return Process to/from Warehouse. You will ensure that all actions are in complete alignment with Philips’ practices, policies and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.
