Job Description

The Head of Training shall be responsible for the planning and coordinating of training and developmental needs of the organization. The role reports to the CEO. The position has the following responsibilities

  • Design, implement and facilitate training programs
  • Prepare training budget for management’s approval
  • Evaluate training effectiveness
  • Conduct training needs identification analysis
  • Advice management on issues with regards to training and development within the organization
  • Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials

Requred Skills/ Experience

  • 5 years relevant work experience in similar role
  • Masters degree from a recognized university
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Strong IT background in  MS Office Suite
  • CIPD or IHRMP
  • Experience in budget planning and control is a plus
