1. Production Line Supervisor
The Production Line Supervisor shall oversee operations in a line with his sector to ensure that production deadlines are met.
Role Specific Requirements:
- Organizes and plans staff according to the production plan from the Production Planner.
- Conducts spot checks to ensure that materials and products conform to set standards.
- Conducts spot checks to ensure prescribed operating conditions, proper functioning and performance levels of staff under his control and takes corrective action.
- Writes reports of major occurrences during the shift to guide the Manager and other Supervisors.
- Checks Daily, Weekly and monthly stocks of Material, collates results and uses it to explain Material and Production variances.

Mininmum Qualification:

- Must be Computer Literate
Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene, food safety and line performance standards as well as Knowledge of relevant IT software.
- 2-3 years experience in similar role.
2. Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance manager shall support his line managers in production management and quality control management. His principal responsibility will be to ensure maintenance and logistic requirements of the production plants to enhance productivity, cost efficiency and raw material management for production.
The Maintenance manager reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities will include:
- Head, general plant maintenance & mechanical engineering
- Raw material & spare part management
- Cost and waste control management
Role Specific Requirements:
- Prepare a comprehensive plant maintenance policy and closely monitor its execution.
- Directly supervise overall plant functioning and performance to minimize production downtime through breakdowns.
- Advise the business on key investment decisions concerning machine and equipment and part replacement.
- Develop a workable raw material draw down program in consultation with his line managers to ensure consistency in workflow and productivity.
- Adequate advance notices to management on spare part requirements and spares held on hand in stock.
- Directly crosscheck raw material requisitions against job orders and monitor waste with all jobs executed
- Liaise with the storekeeper in prompt requisitioning of raw materials held both on site and at bonded warehouses.
- Assist in the promotion of cost efficiency, productivity, total quality, and maximum security
- Close evaluation of materials issued for production and output from production, paying particular attention to waste.
- Determine detailed parameters and guides for accurate measurement of raw materials per job or product type

Minimum Qualification:
The Maintenance Manager should bring a strong technical expertise in the management of a printing plant and should possess the following characteristics;
- First degree in mechanical or electric engineering from a recognized university
- 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to collate relevant technical information and present comprehensive reports on his departmental issues in a timely manner
- Excellent leadership qualities in ensuring discipline and productivity within the maintenance department while maintaining the respect and confidence of all his staff.
- Strong IT background in MS suite
Experience:
- 5 years relevant work experience in similar role
3. Maintainance Technician
The technician shall be responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment to ensure reliability of equipment to maximize productivity. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
Role Specific Requirements:
- Repair faults and malfunctions of all production related equipment
- Carry out scheduled maintenance on plant equipment
- Assist in planned shut-down activities, refurbishment and overhauls
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Supervisor

- HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1 year’s work experience plus Academic Basic Maintenance training

4. Production Line Manager
The Production Line manager shall plan, schedule, strategize and oversee all production activities and continually build sales and maintain profitability to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service. He /she shall again establish and maintain effective communication with employees and efficiently plan and schedule personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems. This role reports to the General Manager.
Role Specific Requirements:
- Maintain personal productivity and quality standards that make possible attractive financial returns so that the company may continue to provide excellent service to customers.
- Ensure quality of products being produced by inspecting production output and working with Quality Assurance Department
- Monitor all product codes and code dates during production and packaging.
- Enforce all safety rules and regulations and coach employees on safe work habits.
- Ensure all production runs meet expected quantities as per the production schedule.
- Train employees for other positions and rotate them so the training remains fresh in their minds
- Know emergency procedures in the event of an equipment failure
