Plato Consult Limited: Data Technician

Plato Consult was established in 2007 to provide value added management and human resource consulting services in the areas of executive search, business strategy and restructuring, organizational development and outsourcing (management of casual staff and payroll processing).

The sucessful applicant shall provide exceptional experience expected by the customers and educate them on them on the products and devices available in the industry. The role reports to Retail Store Manager.

Role Specific Requirement

• Develop and deliver regular training sessions to the shop team to ensure knowledge and understanding of basic technical issues
• Identify sales opportunities throughtout the transaction and ask for the sale
• Engage customers positively to ensure customer satisfaction on the available product and servicew
• Demonstrate knowledge of product to gain customer confidence
• Inquire customer needs by listening attentively and asking fact finding questions to ensure each customer leaves the shop more knowledgeable about their product.

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• HND in business,marketing, retail or communications
• 1-3 years telecom industry experience
• Strong IT background on MS Office Suite
