Shop Floor Supervisor
The shop floor supervisor shall be responsible for the daily supervision of sales assistants while maintaining clean, safe and organized work environment. This role reports to the Shop Manager
Role specific requirement:
•Lead and supervise shop assistants
•Stock taking
•Trains and mentors shop assistants
•Be attentive to customer needs
•Help customers find what they are looking for or propose alternate item if preference is not available
•Advice or recommend products to customers
•Make sure all stock is in display
•Be aware of what customers are doing in the shop to guard against shoplifting
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum qualification:
•HND will be an added advantage
•4 years work experience with 1 year experience in similar role
•Customer service experience in retail
•Knowledge of computer retail software
•Basic computer skills
•Able to communicate adequately in English

2. Shop Assistant
The sales assistant shall be responsible for greeting, assisting and selling to customers. This role reports to the Shop Manager
Role specific requirements:
•Be attentive to customer needs
•Help customers find what they are looking for or propose alternative item if preference is not available
•Advice or recommend products to customers
•Make sure all stock is in display
•Be aware of what customers are doing in the shop to guard against shoplifting
•Housekeeping
•Able to work around Regimmanuel Estate, East Airport.

3. Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for the overall management of the finance department (including the accounting, treasury management and administrative divisions), the application of proper accounting standards, internal controls and strategic financial planning.
The role reports to the Managing Director
