Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• The main job purpose of the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be to help develop, manage and expand the quality management system on site.
• This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring production and quality standards are maintained.
• The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will have responsibilities to liaise with Operators and Senior Leadership alike and thus must possess exemplary communication skills.
• Responsible for ensuring the Quality team enforces SOP’s and that production teams are held to account when procedures are ignored leading to quality issues
