Job Description

Duration: One year with the possibility of renewal
Reporting: The job holders will report to the Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities # 1: RTP Strategic Planning and Project Management
Responsibilities # 2: Programming, Collaboration, Networking, Representation, and Communication
Responsibilities # 3: Grant & Budget Management
Responsibilities # 4: Training, Capacity Building and Implementation
Responsibilities # 5: Documentation, Reporting & Program Quality

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Planning, Development Studies and other discipline relevant to Right to Play work
Two years experience working in any of the above-mentioned thematic areas
Specialized training in physical education, project planning, monitoring/evaluation, rights based programming
NGO experience; organizational development, quality improvement experience is highly desired
