JOB DESCRIPTION – Smart Agents

This is a digital literacy and digital inclusion initiative to help provide education and free responses to phone users.

Agents should be either SSSCE Holder, HND Holder or Degree Holder in any back ground is fine as they will be trained.  No experience is required and agents can be from all 10 regions.

Responsibilities for Smart Agent

• Agents help phone users by providing free education and technical assistance to them
• Ability to think logically
• Provide technical support assistance to customers
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
