1. Job Description

Job Title: Management Information Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Designs, specifies, configures, installs and maintains LAN, WAN and Citrix hardware, software and telecommunications systems to assure timely, secure and reliable processing of data as required by centre operations
•   Maintains network file servers, PC workstations, printers, routers, switches, modems, cabling and internet communications devices to ensure timely, secure and reliable acecss to center data as required by all locations and all authorized users
•   Provide user training, support, advice and feedback testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. A professional accreditation will be desirable
•   Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years working experience in IT and Database Management systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel

2. Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities

•   Monitor the monthly generation of revenue
•   Prepare necessary journal entries and bank reconciliation statement
•   Ensure that necessary book of accounts like cashbook and ledger are prepared at the end of the month
•   Compile and record the revenue crosscheck to correspond with the bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a recognised institute, additional professional qualification in accounting will be an advantage
•   Minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience

3. Job Description

Job Title: Finance / Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting, for month-end closing, quarterly and yearly reports.
•   Ensure that accounting entries and financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles and organisation’s policy
•   In charge of the reporting of all monthly financial information
•   Responsible for accurate and timely processing of pay transactions
•   Ensure monthly and quaterly bank compliance activities are carried out
•   Responds to inquiries regarding financial results and special reporting requests
•   Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
•   In charge of timely year-end audit and supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting option) Chartered Accountant Preferred. 6 years plus experience in a similar role.

4. Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant/Public Affairs Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Provide administrative and managerial functions, conserves executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analysing information and initiating telecommunications and travel
•   Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential, completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff, following up on results
•   Work with the CEO to achieve organizational goals and objectives by administering the communications and public relations initiatives as determined by the larger organizational strategic planning process
•   Develop effective communications plan that leverages the organizations brand promise

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelors Degree in business/public relations, journalism or communications with 6 years working experience in public relations or journalism

5. Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination
•   Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job result, coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
•   Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process, carry out orientation for new team members.
•   Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organisation at hearings
•   Managing personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions
•   Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Applicants must have a degree in Human Resource Management, be computer literate and must have a minimum of 6 relevant working experience. Previous experience working in a reputable institution as a Human Resource Manager will be highly advantageous.

Job Title: Procurement & Stores Manager

•   Discovers the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
•   Negotiates with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
•   Controls spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
•   Anticipates unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
•   Performs risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
•   Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree in Business administration or posses professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS).
•   Minimum 6 post qualification practice and experience in the field of Procurement and stores management in a major enterprise.
•   Excellent working knowledge working knowledge of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) and its procedures.
•   Working knowledge of contract administration

7. Job Description

Job Title: Information & Communications Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities

•   Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
•   Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
•   Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
•   Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replacing as required.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in IT and Database Management systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel

8. Job Description

Job Title: Estate & Transport Officer

Key Responsibilities

•   Direct activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking of vehicles for the commission
•   Plan, organise and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organisational requirements
•   Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints against drivers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A higher National Diploma in mechanical engineering is preferred.
•   A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in fleet management.

9. Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Develops, initiates, maintains and revises procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
•   Manages day-to-day operation of the Program
•   Periodically reviews and updates standards of conduct to provide guidance to management and employees
•   Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consults with the commission’s attorney as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelors degree in administration or accounting desired.
•   Minimum 6 years experience in a compliance/regulatory function

Job Title: Head of Legal

Key Responsibilities

•   The job holder is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal issues, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks
•   Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the organization
•   Review and provide legal advice on tender documents, ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
•   Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action would be taken
•   Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelors Degree in Law is required. Should have been called to the Ghana Bar and possess post qualification working experience of at least 6 years
