Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officers

ROLE SPECIFICATION 

•  Build effective client relationship aimed at client retentions and referral
•  Prospect for new businesses to help in ensuring that targets are met
•  Assist in developing marketing strategies to help in meeting targets
•  Conduct business/site surveys to assess the risk levels of the business prior to underwriting
• Assist in ensuring that sales reps commissions are paid on time
•  Prepare and submit weekly marketing activity report

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• First Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in similar role
• Good knowledge in Insurance products
• Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
• Team player and able to work with colleagues across the organization
• Good report writing skills
•  Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
•  Presentation and public speaking skills
