Job Description
Job Title: Client Executive
We are actively seeking ‘Great People’ to join the Quintica family.
We are looking for a Client Executive to be based in Ghana
The Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record as a Client Executive
Minimum/Mandatory requirements:
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
· Manage assigned accounts at all levels to ensure high customer satisfaction of service levels and acceptable business growth levels;
· Ensure key accounts growth by selling all Quintica Products & services within key accounts;
· Ensure key account planning tools are kept up-to-date;
· Meeting of sales targets and objectives.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Develop & Grow new accounts;
· Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
· Coordinate requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations;
· Attend events and assist in building long term client relations to develop further business opportunities.
OPERATIONAL SALES SUPPORT
· Maintain and grow sales leads;
· Complete up to date records in the company opportunities reporting system;
· Ensuring all sales processes are followed;
· Ensure all sales proposal costs have been approved according to standard procedure;
· Ensure Minutes of meetings with clients are communicated to all participants (and the Sales Director) after each meeting;
· Attend every Quintica sales meeting with a prepared sales report;
· Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential and applying the code of business with regards to work ethics;
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
