We are currently seeking a Content Manager/Customer Service Analyst:
The content manager will be responsible for managing Rancard’s mobile content portfolio. He/she will be tasked with ensuring availability and quality of content delivered by content partners. The content manager will perform editorial and content review duties daily to ensure that end users are served with high quality mobile content. He/she will manage content partner relationships and work with content providers to achieve and maintain the desired quality standards as well as work to eliminate any content gaps that might currently exist. The position requires that the analyst works from 7:30am – 4:30pm on weekdays and 7:30am – 10:00am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Skills or Experience
Excellent time management and organizational skill
Attention to detail
A passion for soccer as well as a keen interest in current affairs (international and local)
Excellent writing skills and a strong command of the English language
Ability to speak French (preferred)
Ability to work on Saturday and Sundays
A training in journalism and previous blogging experience (a strong plus)
Comfortable using internet based tools
