Job Title: Customer Services Officers

Job Description

•   Maintain appointment dairy either manually and electronically
•   Prepare correspondence and documents.
•   Schedule appointments.
•   Receiving clients
•   Any other Job assigned to the individual

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have minimum of first degree in the relevant field
•   Knowledge of computer and relevant software application
•   Verbal and written communications skills
•   Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
•   Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation skills
•   A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar discipline.
•   Above 25 years
