Academic Position:

• Professor – RP8 ($19,608 – $33,895)

Note: RECTAS exchange rate is $1 = CFA 600

Qualification and Experience:

• Professor – RP8 ($19,608 – $33,895): PhD with 15 publications (at least 3 in international peer reviewed and indexed journals and a maximum of 3 conference proceedings);
• At least 15 years experience (not less than 10 years in a University or research institution) and ability to initiate scientific research, supervise MSc & PhD research & attract international grants
• Demonstrable expertise and analytical research skills in applying Photogrammetry or Cartography or Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software (ILWIS, ARCGIS, ERDAS IMAGINE, Database Design, etc)
