Job Purpose

Handling of GSK product registration and market authorization licence renewals and all matter relating to regulation affairs of the company in Ghana

Essential Job Responsibilities

•   Registration and product licence maintenance
•   Registration of New Chemical Entities and changes or variations in registered products
•   Obtain FDA approved for adverts for OTC products
•   Maintenance and regular update of all Regulatory Trackers
•   Monitor and keep in touch with changes in the regulatory environments
•   Communicate effectively with the commercial team of any new developments or changes to product or processes
•   Artwork and Promotional materials vetting and approval
•   Handling of Adverse Event Reports as back up Named Safety Contact for Ghana
•   Quality Management System responsibilities on:
1)  Compliant Handling for the company’s products and vaccines
2)  Returned Goods handling
3)  Ensuring Good Warehousing Practice for Warehouse
4)  Implementation of Annual Quality Plan activities

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
•   Regulatory Experience in the pharma industry will be an advantage
•   Computer literate
•   Database management
