Job Description

Job Title: Financial Controller

Skills & Profile:

• Fluent in English and French

• 5 years minimum as a Financial Controller with experience in 4-5 star, mid-size  Full Service properties (international Hotel chain)

• Experience reporting on various levels

• Must have experience dealing with lenders (consortium of banks)

• Experience in negotiating contracts, management agreements

• Strong owner and community relation skills

• strong organizational skills

Salary: $6,000/month USD Net of Tax (negotiable) plus in-house apartment fully furnished and serviced accommodation, international insurance, 30 day holiday etc.
