Job Title: Unit Director

Objectives

• To lead and operate the unit under responsibility within top quartile performance on a yearly basis
• To deliver second to none service to the customer and create a working environment appreciated by all involved in the daily operations
• Unit Director is responsible for all safety and operational matters as well as contract negotiations and all safety and legal compliance matters
• The Unit Director must be approved by the Board of Maersk Drilling, and have a minimum of 4 years experience in management position within the oil exploration industry
