Support expansion of Bosch loyalty program towards retailers & workshops
Job Description
Job Title: Marketing and Communication Trainee
• Support in-house and customer events organization
• Support deployment of communication campaigns (bill-boards, radio, at stores)
• Support direct communication to business partners like wholesalers, retailers, workshops (newsletters, catalogues, etc.)
• Support the planning for Point of Sales materials (posters, roll-up banners, stickers, signages, etc.) in coordination with Product Specialists.
• Tracking of content on extranet
• Tracking Bosch country websites (dealer locators, Rec. Retail price, …)
• Support in tracking content of external websites with Bosch content
• Organizing POS local production & delivery to customers
• Support in preparation of yearly marketing plan
• Support in translation of documents (English / French)
Competencies and qualifications:
• University degree in marketing or communication
• Communicate effectively with high attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to multitasks; proactive, “can do attitude”
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, powerpoint
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong coordination skills & target orientation.
• Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels
• Language: Fluent English & French (speaking & writing);
• Technical understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
• High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationship
Duration
• 6 months contract
