Job Title: Senior Ghana Lead

CALL FOR CVs: POWER AFRICA, USAID TASK ORDER FOR WEST AFRICA

RTI International is requesting applications for technical and operational roles for the USAID-funded Power Africa Task Order. This Task Order intends to expand affordable and reliable electricity services in West Africa, with the ultimate goal of supporting development priorities, including inclusive economic growth, security, and improved health and education outcomes.

Depending on the position, work locations will be based in the following: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Sao Tome & Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo. We are recruiting bilingual (French/English) candidates for the following role: Senior Ghana Lead

Profile

Senior Ghana Lead will provide oversight and ensure effective performance of the Ghana portion of the Task Order.
He/she will coordinate performance and implement across all 3 outcomes of the Ghana program, ensuring high quality of all deliverables.
This position will be located in Accra, Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

Master’s degree in engineering or another relevant field
6 years of experience in their specific domain (Solar kits, Rural electrification, Energy Sector Reform, Off-Grid Solutions, Renewable Energy, Energy Financing, Enabling Environment, or Legal & Regulatory) in Ghana.
