Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager should have

A passion for marketing, sales and brand maintenance

An ability to formulate and implement sound strategies that lead to growth in sales of the SAHAM insurance business

A desire to maintain a robust intermediary force and relationships

Qualification

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Commerce or equivalent qualifications.

Insurance qualifications, professional training, FLIM, CIM, COP will be an added advantage

Required Skills

Business closing skills, motivational for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, meeting sales goals with professionalism

Must have worked in an insurance environment for a minimum period of 3+ years with at least 2 years at management level
