Job Description

Purpose of job:
Carry out general clerical, data capturing and office duties

Job Responsibilities:

To capture all relevant data to ensure effective Computerized
Maintenance Management System through effective document systems, data capturing and client relations
Check for errors on captured and completed work orders by running exception reports
Run requested reports for supervisors and Management
Work towards achieving set KPI’s
Adhere to all SMS Policies & Procedures especially the OH&S and Environmental polices
Relationships & Authority:
Reports to the Contract Coordinator

Required Skills or Experience



High level of computer literacy is required
Experience of a Maintenance Management System would be an advantage
Technical acumen would be an advantage
Typing skills
Good communication skills
4 years data capturing experience
Ability to work as a member of a multi-displinary team
Special requirements:
Successful applicants would be required to work at SMC sites in Ghana and other West African Countries
