Job Description

Job Title: Project Analyst – Fixed Term Contract

JOB PURPOSE:

To complete all account handling tasks assigned to you by your supervisor with timeliness, accuracy and within the provisions of bank policies and processes.

Ensure the CDD, FATCA and all related policies surrounding static data procedures are followed in line with the group / local regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for RC Projects assigned to you including account static data amendment, accounts closure etc.

You will be responsible for the handling end to end all tasks assigned and reporting appropriately.• Account Maintenance

• Clean up of static data.

Embrace Internal training on account closure/static data postingComplete account handling processes within the provisions of RC policies and processes relating to Account Closures, Hard Hold placement and Removal and Static Data Amendment

Ensure that all static data capture request assigned to you fulfill the following in line with local and group regulatory requirement.

• Account opening requirement
• Account Mandate requirement
• CDD  requirement
• FATCA requirement

Ensure that all tasks eg. Account closure and static data documents assigned to you are effectively completed with speed, security, timeliness, and accuracy is a critical factor.

Complete processes to close accounts under RC Projects such as CMR, Missing Mandate, BB Hard Hold Account Closures etc as assigned

Provide timely reporting to facilitate decision making Attend to all other miscellaneous jobs that may be assigned to you within a specified time regarding RC projects…

Thorough understanding of the bank’s products
• Sound knowledge of account services operations
• Sound knowledge of branch and frontline operations
• Data input operator skills and an understanding of the Bank’s systems eOPS, Alt. channel systems (ibanking,Mbanking), eBBs,  systems
• Knowledge of bank mandate and branch banking practice required
• Current knowledge of Group / Country AML & CDD  standards and FATCA
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• IT Literate ( Outlook  / MS-Excel, Word, Access)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft  Office application
• Good analytical skills
