Job Description

Job Title: Operations Analyst (3)

Job Purpose

The position reports to the Director of Operations and serves as a member of the Operations Team.
The position is responsible for collating and analysing staff performance/ attendance and other records.

Key responsibilities include but is not limited to the following:

Advertisement

Assist the Director of Operations to achieve the mandate of the Directorate of Operations.
Collation and analysis of staff attendance records.
Coordinate activities of the entire operations department.
Handle operations of the company’s control room and emergency response systems.
Handle customer complains.
Keep a log of all operational issues and report to Management for effective decision making.

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum of an HND/Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative subjects.
Strong to advance Microsoft excel skills is required.
Impeccable character and high level of integrity.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in audit and or customer service will be ideal but is not required.
Able to handle and organise high volumes of data
Flexible and able to work some weekends and nights.
High energy level with strong negotiation and prospecting skills.
Able to write basic reports.
The candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
The successful candidates will be running shifts.
