To help nations deal with their e-waste, SGS has created RenovoTM, a self-funding, full-scale waste management system. It covers the entire solution chain from production through recovery, recycling and sustainable disposable.

SGS Ghana is looking for its  

Job Job Title: RENOVO Operations Manager.

Reporting to the contract manager, he/she manages effectively and efficiently the back office operational team and operational processes as well as system desing in a way to achieve the target as set in the contract.

The role entails:

o Timely issuance of RenovoTM Certificates and reports following the GIS Business Rules,
Contract Country Instructions and other related references;
o Reconciliation of advanced recycling fees are done in timely and efficient manner;
o Timely resolution of service requests;
o Compliance to Company Policies, Rules and Regulations; and
o Full control in monitoring results and taking corrective/preventive actions, as necessary.

Successfull applicants can demonstrate the following:

o Knowledge in various aspects of trade, export procedures, technical regulations and specifically on Customs Clasification.

o Minimum 5 years proven management experience with people management skills of a medium to large size organization.

o Fluency in English, any other additional language are an advantage
