SIC Life Trust Finance Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of SIC Life Company Limited) is licensed by Bank of Ghana to operate a FINANCE HOUSE under the terms of the Non Bank Financial Institution Act, 2008 (Act 774).

Job Description

The Company is seeking performance-driven, results-oriented individuals to fill the following position.

The successful applicant will help to drive the company’s growth and human resource development

Develop and implement a human resource function that will support the company’s strategic objectives
Establish a compensation and remuneration system that rewards performance and initiative
Create a compensation and reward system that will attract and retain the right caliber of employees

Required Skills or Experience


A good first degree in social science. AN MBA in Human Resources will be an advantage
A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
Sound technical knowledge of HR practice and procedures, including the labour law
Proven planning and organisational skills
