Job Description

Job Title: Ticketing & Reservations Interns

Job Responsibilities

• Ticketing and reservation of airlines tickets
• Ensure that the name on the ticket matches the name on a passenger’s identification, and report any suspicious behavior
• In some cases, assist passengers who need help boarding and field questions from those who need directions or have missed their plane
• marketing company’s travel services and products develop strategy and tactics that will drive awareness reissuing of ticket
• customer loyal and responsible excellent networking skills
• Responsible for getting clients
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization
• Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
• Map out potential customers and generate leads for the organization mostly corporate clients
