  • Compilation of production and sales information for Free Zones quarterly report
  • Compilation of information for UK VAT returns
  • Other duties as required by the company accountant

  • Updating of on-line HR data
  • General correspondence
  • Managing reception
  • Other duties as required by MD


Required Skills or Experience

  • HND accounting or an equivalent qualification in a business related field from a recognised institution
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent English
  • Highly personable, firm and authoritative
  • Able to work to targets and deadlines
  • Willing to coached in the company’s expected behaviours and ethos
  • Enthusiastic regarding regular appraisal by senior staff
