Reporting to the Regional Manager, West Africa, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the HR function, assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy, and delivering timely HR advice.

Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Recruitment;
Administration of the West Africa HR Function (including preparation of contracts, file maintenance, system maintenance, etc.)
Onboarding and retention;
Providing HR Support to the region (including responding to HR queries, providing education and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, implementing disciplinary measures, and termination); and
Participating in global, regional and national projects.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline;
A minimum of five years’ experience as an HR Generalist;
Proficiency in the use of Excel or other data handling software;
Strong interpersonal skills.
