Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant 

Our Company is a leader in the design and installation of solar electric systems in West Africa. We provide packaged and custom solutions with lifetime customer support. We are seeking an energetic, conscientious and detail oriented female who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their career to work in our fast-paced office. This candidate is focused and self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including filing, typing and ordering
office supplies
Respond to regular reoccurring requests for information, answering
phones, taking messages, and fielding/answering routine and non-routine questions
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information and explain
policies when necessary
Coordinates and maintains records for employees
Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office software Maintains MS Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status
Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner
Enter, maintain and update online databases with accurate customer and
employee records
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

A high school diploma,HND or degree and
1(one) year of experience in an office setting is preferred.
