Job Description

Job Title: Service Manager/Engineer-Commercial AC 

Bsc. Tech / Bsc. Engineering – Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air conditioning
2 – 5 years of experience in HVAC / Air conditioning trouble shooting & repair.
Hands on experience of commissioning of ducted, cassette and VRF air conditioners.
Knowledge of chillers would be an added advantage.
Testing and commissioning of the new AC installations
Attending customer complaints
Arrange desired spare parts
Find and develop contractors for service
Find local suppliers for spare parts and installation materials
Maintain and improve FRT and TAT
Generate business through AMC and chargeable repairs
Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD
Good communication & interpersonal skills
