Job Description

Job Title: Youth Care Co-Worker

Qualification Required & Experience

• The ideal candidate should be at least 35 years, hold a first degree in social work, sociology, psychology or guidance and counseling with at least 3 years of social work experience

The ideal candidate should:

• Applicant should be capable of implementing youth development plans, provide career guidance and placement support for the youth and follow up-visits to youth in educational/vocational institutions and employment, monitor and report on the progress of individual youth
• Possess good organizational and time management skills
• Team player & ability to relate with youth & all levels of co-workers
• The successful candidate will report to the alternative care coordinator
