- Prepare reports and manage correspondence
- Develop and maintain filing system for Trade office
- Develop and maintain databases
- Laison with internal and external stakeholders
- Asist with organising and coordinating of events
- Maintain schedules and calenders
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of 12 years schooling with completion of at least one year Secretarial Diploma/Certificate
- Plus a mininmum of three (3)years experience as a Secretary/Receptionist.
- Word processing and database management
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of business and marketing principles
- Time Management
- Attention to detail
