Job Description

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

SPACE Turnkey Solutions is seeking an experienced and qualified person to fill the role of Quantity Surveyor to serve on a project­defined contract.

SPACE Turnkey Solution was incorporated in May of 2016, with the goal of providing turnkey Design & Build services after recognizing a lack of such services in the market. SPACE aims to fill this market void by merging all design and build related services under a single umbrella, providing a
unified complete package to clients.

Quantity Surveyor duties to include:

• Price/forecast costing of project materials
• Prepare tender and contract documents including Bills of Quantities
• Track budget adjustments with design changes
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work
• Advise on procurement strategy
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
• Measure value of work completed and arrange/execute payments for subcontracted workers

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Degree
• Practical and logical mind and a methodical way of approaching problem solving
• Strong numeracy, financial management, and negotiation skills.
