Job Title: Project Manger.

SPACE Turnkey Solution was incorporated in May of 2016, with the goal of providing turnkey Design & Build services after recognizing a lack of such services in the market. SPACE aims to fill this market void by merging all design and build related services under a single umbrella, providing a unified complete package to clients.

Project management duties to include:

  • Ensuring project completion within designated time frames and budget requirements.
  • Creation of all necessary construction documents (Structural, Elevations, Interiors, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, et cetera) as related to all projects with which the company is involved and ensuring that such work meets the appropriate standards.
  • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained in accordance to construction documentation.
  • Ensuring quality standards are achieved, and that all aims of the project are met.
  • Creation and adherence to daily schedules, and maintenance of constant communication with and reporting to the employer.
  • Site management.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent time management, communication, organization and personal effectiveness skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of related software including AutoCAD and Google Sketchup, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Three years experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in interactions with clients, co-workers, vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Passion for completing all required tasks with integrity.
