Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
The Role:
As a strategic business partner, the successful candidate will work closely with Line Managers to drive the achievement of
business unit and overall Bank’s objectives through the implementation of the human resources strategy, policies and
programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare human resources forecasts in consultation with business unit line managers
Manage strategic resourcing initiatives for the business unit
Facilitate performance and talent management programmes in the business unit
Work closely with line managers to monitor capacity building intiatives that are directed to continuous on the job
learning and staff career development
Champion and enforce the Bank’s human resources policies and procedures within the business unit
Oversee the rollout of human resources led organizational development interventions in the business unit
Required Skills or Experience
A masters degree in human resources management or industrial/organizational psychology
5 years experience in human resources relationship management at a senior level, preferably in a multinational organisation
Generalist human resources expertise in strategic resourcing, performance and talent management, reward
management, industrial relations, change management and organizational development
A strong business acumen and consulting ability
The ability to establish relationships at all levels
An overriding servicedelivery mentality with the ability to take a ‘handson’ approach to developing human resources
