Job Description
Job Title: Associate, Relationship Manager, Priority Banking
The Role Responsibilities
In/outbound Exiting-to-Bank(ETB) advice & sales
- Portfolio of “high-value” Priority Clients besides other clients
- Engage Affluent & hidden Affluent in advisory conversations with analytics support and collaboration with Wealth Specialists
- Meet clients when required (per contact plan- all client should be cover via phone call or visits/email within a month)
- Prepare and educate clients on all solutions
New-to-Bank referrals from clients
- Acquire and activate new Affluent/potential Affluent clients referred from ETB clients directly to Priority Banking/Team
Methodically engage (remote)
- Have complete knowledge of the clients in terms of the profile & assets
- Engage in analytics-backed need-based conversations
Meet & cross-sell (remote & in-person)
- Meet priority clients in person to meet advisory needs(once a month/quarter)
- Connect client with specialists
- Help Set up products
- Conduct/connect for periodic Client Due Diligence procedures
- Avoid misspelling
Services (remote)
- Refer most service activities to Client Service Managers/Officers
- Connect to the client and close referrals given (remotely or in-person)
- Explain proposition & requirements in full
Meet, cross-sell (in person)
- Have to need base conversation and determine further needs
- Offer products and CVP & initiate cross-sell
- Conduct/connect for CDD
- Educate and conduct initial set up for online, ATMs, Client Centre
